Parents & Guardians
Attend Parent Orientation

A person’s decision to attend the Marine Institute is an important one, and one which has an impact on the whole family. That’s why we at the Marine Institute recognize that parents, guardians and spouses need to have information about the institute in order to have some understanding of our programming and how students can access the resources needed to help them.

Family orientation sessions take place at the beginning of the fall semester. During the session, you’ll have an opportunity to talk with current Marine Institute students, learn more about scholarships, student aid and career outlook and meet our Executive Director, Faculty, and Staff. You’ll also have an opportunity to tour the campus.

Our faculty and staff are here to help students. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance. The student affairs staff hopes that you are able to attend our information session and we look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions of concerns please feel free to contact them.
